Sinks.  The indoor and outdoor pot wash sinks are located near the Toilet Block .  Sinks are for pot washing only.  Please do not use them for preparation of vegetables.

Food Waste.  This should be put in the bin which is located in the Waste & Recycling area - it is a small blue two wheeled bin on the left side of the area and is signed.  Please do not put anything other than food waste in this bin. Packaging and non-food waste should be put in the large four wheeled bins on the right side of the area..  

Ice Packs .  There is a freezer in the indoor pot wash room for ice packs.  Please do not leave food in the freezer.  We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of ice packs.
